We also use professional profiles available in the public domain (eg. LinkedIn). Due to our size and focus we do not use our website to collect, use or keep any data (except what you choose to send if you use it to submit your CV) from your visits to: www.charlottestreetenconsulting.com such as IP Address or URL, etc.
The core of our business is introducing the best candidates to the right clients for permanent engagement or independent contract and prefer to support candidates throughout their careers and clients with their ongoing staffing needs. As such the legal basis for us holding and processing your personal data is this legitimate business interest.
We will obtain your consent to lawfully gather, process, keep or share your personal information either verbally or in written communication and, where consent is the lawful basis of our processing you have the right to withdraw your consent to this processing at any time.
